  • Kenneth E. Chase

    Ken is an aggressive and skilled litigator who has been fighting for his clients for the past 17 years. As a former prosecutor and experienced courtroom litigator, he has tried over 40 cases. He has represented some of the largest and most successful companies in the world as well as start-up companies and emerging businesses. Ken’s passion is high-energy, fast-paced litigation and he represents both plaintiffs and defendants. Licensed in seven states across the country and more than 20 federal courts, Ken’s practice includes appellate law, business litigation, employment law, insurance matters, real estate and special matters.

    Ken is the managing attorney of the firm’s Miami Beach office. Prior to forming Chase Law, Ken practiced in the Washington, DC offices of Shook, Hardy & Bacon and Lathrop & Gage, where he represented clients in state and federal courts across the country. Ken also practiced as an assistant state attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he protected the rights of victims and successfully secured guilty jury verdicts in murder, armed robbery and narcotics trafficking trials. He also argued appeals and was selected as special counsel in executive assignments by the Florida Governor’s Office.

  • Safie Da Costa Soares
    Safie is a world-class litigator who vigorously fights for her clients. She developed her skills at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia where she brilliantly represented the District and its employees in state and federal court. Safie further refined her writing skills as a clerk for the Honorable Jonathan H. Pittman of the DC Superior Court.


    Safie focuses her practice on commercial litigation and real property matters. She fluently speaks four languages.

  • Brian D. Fell
    Brian is an experienced and highly skilled attorney who uses his business background to the advantage of his clients. He has substantial experience litigating complex commercial and family law matters in Florida trial and appellate courts. With an aggressive and thoughtful approach, Brian is highly valued by his clients and consistently relied on for delivering results.

    Outside the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

    Before joining Chase Law, Brian gained substantial courtroom and appellate experience at a law firm in Miami.
