    As a former prosecutor, Ken Chase understands how the government puts together a case and he has spent thousands of hours vigorously defending companies and individuals against claims in multiple contexts.

    In his special matters practice, Ken successfully defended a client in a mortgage fraud investigation by the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. Due to his advocacy and attention to detail, the Federal Reserve never filed charges. Ken defended a client in an asset forfeiture proceeding before the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and he secured the return of all seized funds.
